How we Engage

For a typical engagement, ForwardCharter will:

Establish a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and Letter of Intent
Schedule to spend 1-2 days in discussion and observation learning about your business
Design a proposal based on the interview process that targets specific areas where ForwardCharter can add value
Propose pricing for either;
1. a single fee for a framework/road map for you and your team to implement
2. an option for you to use ForwardCharter to assist in implementation or
3. ongoing, monthly services to include back office and reporting deliverables
A detailed action plan once an option is chosen
